Structured endpoints are frozen / 结构化端点已冻结

Effective 2026-08-21, World Model Atlas no longer promises periodic re-review of claims.json, sources.json and articles.json. The reviewDue and reviewCadence fields have been removed from all 92 records, and reviewPolicy in the field schema is marked withdrawn.

Where the boundary falls:

• Before 2026-08-21: every lastReviewed and retrievedAt date is a real date on which that record was checked against its source. Those dates are accurate for the day they name and are retained unchanged.
• On and after 2026-08-21: nothing in these three files is rechecked on a schedule. A record dated before the freeze has not been revisited since. Read every record as a dated observation, not as a currently maintained statement.
• Status labels: all 34 claims now carry status: "unmaintained", replacing current. It means the wording and its boundary still stand as written, and that no one is re-checking them.
• sourceAccessStatus: each value records one HTTP check on that record's retrievedAt date and nothing since. It is not a live link status. Check a URL yourself before relying on it.
• Nothing is deleted. Claim text, boundaries, source mappings, evidence levels, confidence labels and review dates all remain published and readable, exactly as they were.
• Still maintained: pulse.json and people.json are not covered by this freeze and remain in active use.

When citing a frozen record, carry its lastReviewed or retrievedAt date and say the layer is frozen. Do not present a frozen record as a current verification. Errors are still corrected when noticed or reported — write to [email protected] — but corrections happen on report, not on a cadence.
